Five wonderfully versatile positions!
The babyTrekker means freedom and comfort for parent and baby. The waistband and shoulder straps distribute your infant's weight over your shoulders, back, waist and hips. The padded carrier sides prevent chafing to the baby's limbs. Your little one is free to move their arms and legs, unlike other carriers where the seat extends up to the baby's thighs or wraps that immobilize the baby against your chest or back.

1.
The
backpack position works
great for
yard
work, cross country skiing, hiking
and all
kinds
of housework. It has all
the advantages
of
a frame pack, without the bulkiness,
awkward
frame, expense and long wait for
baby to
sit up. You
can start the backpack position,
facing
baby in or out at 3 months
or 15 lbs.
Try
our new stirrups for extra support,
when your
baby is over 18 months
of age.
2.
Baby
facing
inward
allows
close
eye
to
eye
contact
and
lots
of
conversation
and
cuddling.
It's
also
great
for
toddlers
who
are
ill,
or
just
need
extra
cuddling.
3.
Facing
outward
is
often
baby's
favorite
position.
They're
warm
and
cozy,
loving
the
contact,
sharing
the
view
and
learning
about
the
world
in
a
safe
and
secure
way.
4.
The
nursing position is an
easy way of providing
instant
comfort while out and about. See
our dvd
for
easy ways baby can be put
into position with a
minimum
of fuss.

5.
Facing baby out on the
back (my favorite!)
ensures
that he has a view and can enjoy
the
scenery
too. He'll still fall asleep in
this position,
but
the soft side straps cuddle his
head and keep
him
positioned well.
The
babyTrekker has a 100% organic
cotton outer
shell, except for
the navy colour, which is regular
cotton.
It
fits over adult and baby's winterwear.
It
has an easily accessible,
convenient front pocket which
turns inside out to hold the
Trekker, for convenient storage.
The babyTrekker is completely machine washable but a detachable bib is included so you don't have to wash the entire carrier every time your baby spits up. The organic babyTrekker bib also acts as a head support for an older baby, or as a wind/sun shield for a newborn.
